무드모지 Terms of Service
These Terms set the conditions for using the 무드모지 app provided by Moodturn (the "Company"), and describe the basic rights and responsibilities of the Company and users.
무드모지 helps you find and copy kaomoji, emoji, and ASCII emoji quickly. If a translation is unclear, the Korean source version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the use of 무드모지.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means all functions provided through the 무드모지 app, including emoji browsing, search, copy, save, builder, ads, and remove ads.
- "User" means a person who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Emoji" means kaomoji, emoji, and ASCII-based text emoji provided by the Service or created by the user.
- "Remove ads" means the one-time in-app purchase offered through App Store or Google Play that removes ads within its applicable scope.
3. Service
- Browse and search kaomoji, emoji, and ASCII emoji
- Copy, favorite, save, rename, and delete emoji
- Create emoji with the builder
- Use Korean, English, or Japanese language settings
- Use the app for free with ads or choose the remove-ads in-app purchase
4. Application and Acceptance
- By installing or using 무드모지, these Terms apply.
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy can be reviewed in the app settings screen or on the 무드모지 website.
- If you do not agree to these Terms, you may stop using the Service.
5. Ads and Rewarded Ads
- 무드모지 may display ads to support free use.
- Rewarded ads appear only when you choose them. When the ad is completed normally, the app performs the action described in the app.
- Ads may be unavailable due to network conditions, ad inventory, consent status, store issues, or ad SDK issues.
- Users with remove ads applied can use covered features without ad display.
6. Remove Ads In-App Purchase
- Remove ads is a one-time in-app purchase offered through App Store or Google Play. It is not a subscription.
- Prices, taxes, authorization, receipts, refunds, and cancellations follow the billing screen and policies of each store.
- If purchase status is not reflected after reinstalling or changing devices, you can use the restore purchase feature in the app.
- The 무드모지 website does not provide or encourage external web checkout for the remove-ads product.
7. Refunds and Billing
- The Company does not directly process payment method details such as card numbers or store account passwords.
- Refunds, cancellations, and receipts follow the procedures of the App Store or Google Play where the purchase was made.
- If a store approves a refund or the purchase entitlement is removed, the remove-ads state may be removed.
- For purchase or restore issues, users should first check the store account and purchase history. App-related inquiries may be sent to [email protected].
8. Emoji You Create
- Emoji and names you create are stored on your device.
- You decide how to use copied emoji in other apps, messages, posts, and services.
- You may not use the Service in a way that violates law or infringes another person's rights, reputation, privacy, or intellectual property.
- Issues arising from use of copied emoji outside the Service are evaluated according to that use context and applicable law.
9. License and Restrictions
The Company grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 무드모지 for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where allowed by law.
- You may not bypass ads, billing, restore, or security controls, or access the app through abnormal methods.
- You may not interfere with the Service or harm another user's use of the Service.
- You may not use automated means to repeatedly or abnormally trigger ads, rewards, or save features.
10. Intellectual Property
- Rights in the app, design, logo, screen structure, and default provided content belong to the Company or the rightful owner.
- Emoji created directly by users may be used freely by those users.
- You may not copy or redistribute Service content or app components as a separate service, dataset, or product without the Company's prior consent.
11. Service Changes and Use Environment
The Company works to provide a stable service. App features, content, advertising, and support scope may change for operational, security, legal, store-policy, or technical reasons.
The appearance of kaomoji and emoji may differ depending on the user's device, operating system, font, and the third-party app where the emoji is entered.
Some parts of the Service may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, urgent incident response, store or ad platform issues, or network problems.
12. Responsibility
The Company does not avoid responsibility required by applicable law. However, to the extent permitted by law, responsibility may be limited for issues caused by circumstances the Company does not directly control, such as user emoji use, third-party app display behavior, network issues, store issues, or ad platform issues.
This section does not apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence, bodily injury, or statutory responsibility that cannot be limited for consumers.

Service-related inquiries may be sent to [email protected]. Disputes related to these Terms are resolved under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
14. Changes to These Terms
- The Company may change these Terms due to changes in law, store policy, or the Service.
- When these Terms change, the effective date on this page will be updated.
- For important changes, the Company may provide notice through the app or website.
- If you do not agree to changed Terms, you may stop using the Service.
