무드모지 Privacy Policy
Moodturn (the "Company") respects the privacy of 무드모지 users and publishes this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled under applicable privacy rules and app marketplace requirements.
무드모지 can be used without creating an account. Emoji, favorites, and settings saved in the app are generally stored on the user's device and are not sent to the Company's own server. If a translation is unclear, the Korean source version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. General
This Policy applies to the 무드모지 mobile app and the pages under moodturn.net/moodmoji. The Company handles personal information only for the purposes and within the scope described in this Policy. If those purposes change, the Company will take steps required by applicable law.

2. Information That May Be Processed
무드모지 does not provide accounts, login, first-party cloud sync, or a first-party analytics server. However, the following information may be processed for app features, ads, in-app purchases, and support.

4. How Information Is Collected or Processed

5. Information Stored on Your Device
무드모지 stores the following information on your device to provide app features. The Company does not store this information on its own server or directly view it.

- Search and saved screen state: search text, selected search filter, and saved screen tab
- User-saved information: favorite emoji, emoji you create, and their names
- Builder information: draft emoji, selection range, selected category, and page
- Purchase application information: remove-ads state, ad display state, last verification source and time
6. Ads and Google AdMob
The free version of 무드모지 may display Google AdMob ads. Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information for ad delivery, ad measurement, SDK performance improvement, and fraud prevention.
- Possible information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad views and clicks or similar user interactions, diagnostics, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers
- Purposes: ad delivery, ad measurement, SDK and app performance improvement, and fraud prevention
- 무드모지 requests non-personalized ads where supported.
- In regions where consent is required, Google UMP is used to check whether ads may be requested.
- When remove ads is active, the app is designed not to request ads for display.
7. In-App Purchases and Restore
Remove ads is offered as a one-time in-app purchase through App Store or Google Play. Each store handles the purchase screen, authorization, receipts, purchase history, and refunds.
- The Company does not directly collect or store payment method details such as card numbers or store account passwords.
- The app may check the product ID and purchase status provided by the store to apply and restore remove ads.
- The remove-ads state stored on your device is a local cache used to display and apply the ad-free state.
- Refunds, cancellations, and receipts follow App Store or Google Play policies and procedures.
8. Support Email
If you contact us by email, your email address, message, and support conversation details are processed for customer support. Email support is optional and not required to use the app.
- Purpose: responding to inquiries, checking issues, and keeping operational records
- Retention: one year after support is completed
- Deletion: you may request deletion at [email protected] unless retention is legally required
9. Third-Party Sharing and External Services
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties beyond the scope described in this Policy, unless the user consents, the law requires it, or an external service necessary for the service processes information under its own policy.

10. International Processing
External service providers such as Google and Apple may process information outside Korea. Such processing is governed by each provider's privacy policy, terms, and marketplace policies.

11. Retention and Deletion
- Local app data remains on your device while you use the app.
- Favorites and created emoji can be deleted inside the app.
- Deleting the app generally deletes local data stored by 무드모지 on the device.
- Support emails are retained for one year after support is completed and then deleted. You may request earlier deletion unless retention is legally required.
- Information processed by Apple, Google, and Google AdMob is governed by each provider's retention and deletion policy.
- Electronic files are deleted in a manner designed to make recovery difficult.
12. User and Guardian Rights
Users and legal guardians may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for personal information directly held by the Company. Because 무드모지 is not an account-based service, most app data is managed directly on the user's device.
- On-device data: delete it through app features or by deleting the app
- Ad choices: reset or delete the advertising identifier in device settings and use the ad consent form where shown
- Support email: request access, correction, or deletion at [email protected]
- Store purchase information: check or request through App Store or Google Play account and support channels
13. Children's Privacy
무드모지 is not primarily directed to children under 14 and does not intentionally collect children's personal information that requires guardian consent. If an inquiry or request confirms that such information has been processed, the Company will take necessary steps, including deletion, in accordance with applicable law.
14. Automatic Collection Tools and Advertising Identifiers
The 무드모지 web pages do not currently provide cookie-based member tracking. In the app, Google Mobile Ads SDK may process advertising identifiers and related information to provide ads.
- You can reset or delete the advertising identifier in your device settings.
- Depending on your region and device settings, ad consent or tracking choice screens may be shown.
- If you limit advertising identifiers or decline consent, the app's basic features remain available, but ad delivery may change.
15. Security Measures
- Moodturn minimizes directly held personal information by not operating its own account server or remote user database for 무드모지.
- Support emails are accessed only as needed for replies and operations.
- When using external SDKs and store features, Moodturn works to keep public disclosures consistent with app marketplace submission information.
- Communication between the app and external services follows the secure communication systems provided by each platform and SDK.
